With 20 years of experience in marketing and sales in the fashion and beauty industries, Nancy Dobell joined Moroccanoil in its infancy and has been a key player in developing the brand’s global market. She has traveled extensively all over the world, working with salons to build and develop their brands with a focus on helping salon owners and stylists look at their business through their customers’ eyes.

Nancy created the Beautiful Business program to bring accessible business education to as many industry professionals as possible. Beautiful Business takes a 360 degree approach to delivering comprehensive business strategies to sales consultants, stylists, and salon management. Through a series of presentations, tools, and the Beautiful Business blog, Nancy emphasizes proactive methods for evolving and competing effectively in today’s salon industry.
