Moroccanoil Artist

Brittany Deen

I didn’t choose a career as a hairstylist— hairstyling chose me!

Ever since Brittany was a little girl, she has been passionate about anything and everything beauty—even orchestrating her own photo shoots in vintage dresses and doing avant-garde makeup in her bathroom. From the beginning, it was clear to her that beauty was her calling; that beauty is an outlet through which she could express herself.
Today, she finds it very rewarding to pay it forward by helping others express themselves and their uniqueness through her craft, and continues to be inspired by the talented artists with whom she has surrounded herself in the industry.
Brittany considers makeup guru Bobbi Brown an influence. Having read her book at age 12, she loved how, as an artist, Brown tried to bring out a woman’s natural beauty instead of covering it up.
She often looks to fashion designers, new and old, for inspiration. Observing how a designer’s style evolves over time really motivates her to continuously grow and diversify her portfolio and create new, different styles.
A Moroccanoil partnership was a natural progression to Brittany’s continued love of beauty and hairstyling. She has always admired Moroccanoil as a luxury brand—but it was the company’s values, employees and product quality that really drove her passion home, along with the brand’s global diversity of products and suitability for all hair types.
