A hunger for innovation is key to Gareth’s success, and he is constantly seeking new techniques to reflect a person’s inner beauty through the science of color. “The idea of change and innovation that color brings to the hair is limitless,” he says. “I love that there are literally no boundaries to creativity, and I am constantly pushing out of my comfort zone to achieve the next remix.”

Gareth also thrives on the endless opportunities to connect with diverse personalities in the beauty industry. Not only does it expand his social milieu, but it challenges him to embrace new perspectives and ideas. “If you are the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room.”
