Ioana Todoran is constantly fascinated by the artistry of hair and its transformative impact. “The ability to blend creativity with technical skill, coupled with the joy of making people feel confident and beautiful—that’s what motivates me,” she shares.

Born and raised in Romania, Ioana always knew that she wanted to be a part of the dynamic world of hair and beauty. “The constant evolution of trends and techniques in the beauty industry inspires me,” she says. “As a hairstylist I am able to bring hair dreams to life AND make clients feel good about themselves.”

Ioana has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including ELLE Romania Best Hairstylist 2022 Raul Tisa (“He has played a crucial role in shaping my career.”). Motivated to stay at the forefront of hairstyling, Ioana maintains a busy schedule with a mix of editorial, commercial, and TV projects; working with clients at the salon; and various festivals across Europe—and recently, the Eurovision Song Contest. Her work has been featured in ELLE Romania, Estetica Magazine, Unica Magazine, Nylon Japan, BBC News, and major news outlets in Romania.

As part of the Moroccanoil Artistic Team, Ioana’s creative journey continues. “The beauty industry lets me connect with people, understand their preferences, and turn their vision into reality, creating a fulfilling and artistic experience for both them and me,” she says.
