To use an unused coupon; navigate to the Redeemed tab and click the Apply to cart button or by entering the code displayed at checkout (this is the code you can share with friends!).

Frequently Asked Questions
Depending on your Certification status, you'll be able to redeem 2 or 4 "Invite a friend to class" coupons.
- Select the class you want to invite your friend to from the available options.
- Click on "Generate Coupon", you'll need to click the button twice to confirm your selection.
- You'll be redirected to that class page. If you want to complete the purchase on behalf of your friend, you'll have to fill out the attendee form and add that class to your cart.
- The coupon will be automatically applied to your cart.
- Alternatively, let your friend complete the purchase themselves, complete steps 1 through 3 and navigate to your Profile page and click on the brown button that says "Redeemed". You'll see a list of your unredeemed coupons, copy the coupon code for that class and share it with your friend.
Important: Redeeming the purchase for your friend means that you will be in charge of managing their class if they need to cancel or reschedule, which is why it is better to let your friend complete the purchase for themselves.
Yes! The easiest way to do this is to send the code to your friend and have them complete the purchase. This will allow them to manage the class from their own dashboard.
Important: Because each code can only be used once, you will have ask each friend to redeem their own code before you can get an additional one for another friend. For example, if you want to invite two friends to "Business Class 1.0", you will have to select the class for redemption, get the coupon code and send it to your friend. Once they complete the purchase of the class by adding the class to their cart and using the coupon at checkout, you will be able to redeem another invitation for that class.
Each invitation coupon can only be redeemed once.

If it's within our cancellation window (3 weeks before class), send an email to academy@moroccanoil.com and we can cancel and refund the coupon value to your account.
This is a manual step that we need to do for you.
If you have made a mistake while redeeming the coupon, but you have not completed the class purchase step, please send an email to academy@moroccanoil.com and we will refund the coupon for you.
