Green Circle Salons
Green Circle Salons partners with over 4,000 salons across North America to collect beauty waste so that it can be recovered and repurposed.
Through this program, materials that were previously difficult to recycle—including color tubes, aerosol cans, used foils, hair, hair dye, and electronics—are diverted from landfills and put to good use.
oceana
We are proud to partner with Oceana, the largest international advocacy organization focused solely on ocean conservation. In addition to ongoing donations, we will work with Oceana to raise awareness and support their mission to protect and restore the world’s oceans.
the halo foundation
The Halo Foundation provides homeless and at-risk youth with the resources and support they need to start a new life.
Moroccanoil sponsors an annual clothing drive to benefit women, kids, and babies in need, and supports the organization through charitable featured shopping events on Moroccanoil.com, our Inspired by Women campaign, and more.
the humane society
Since 2011 we have proudly supported The Humane Society of the US’s mission to end puppy mills, factory farms, trophy hunts, animal testing, and other cruel practices, and to lobby the government for these urgently needed reforms.
In 2017, Moroccanoil was honored to receive The Humane Society of the United States’ Corporate Consciousness Award for our commitment to animal welfare.
beauty changes lives
Moroccanoil is providing scholarships for beauty professionals in partnership with Beauty Changes Lives. The Moroccanoil Courage to Dream Scholarship and the Moroccanoil Cultivating Confidence Scholarship both provide tuition gifts to students enrolled in a qualified cosmetology program.
the sato project
The Sato Project rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes abandoned dogs from Puerto Rico. Sato was founded by boxer Chrissy Beckles—who fights for helpless animals who can’t fight for themselves. Moroccanoil helps fund rescue flights that transport dogs to their forever homes in the US, and supports the organization through featured charitable shopping events on Moroccanoil.com, Inspired by Women, and more.
