This 3-day event is for industry professionals to be inspired and immersed into a community of like-minded people.
All guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Do I need a Cosmetology License to attend?
No, you do not need a cosmetology license to attend.
Can I register for someone else?
No, all guests must fully register themselves for the event. You are able to purchase tickets for multiple attendees, but upon check out you will be directed to share a ticket with a guest, entering their email address. They will then receive an email giving them access to register for the event.
When and where is The Collective happening?
How many people can register in one (1) room?
A maximum of (2) guests per room is set within all premium packages, any additional guests will be charged on a per person/ per night basis by the hotel.

Are flights included in The Collective packages?
No, flights are not included in any of the package offerings.
Is it possible to modify purchased tickets or get a refund?
No, all ticket sales are final, and no modifications or refunds will be offered after tickets are purchased.
How do I use my loyalty rewards?
Visit the Moroccanoil Portal at MoroccanoilPartners.com and redeem your points for a voucher code. Once you receive your voucher via email, visit The Collective site to purchase your ticket and enter your voucher code when prompted.
Am I able to switch to a different Education Breakout that I was not registered for?
Yes, all classes are open to be adjusted until June 15th, 2025, when they will be locked in. Classes are subject to availability and will be unavailable once they have reached room capacity.
