In 2016, Tania opened her own salon in Montreal, Atelier Major, driven by her desire to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone to feel comfortable and express themselves. Her salon has become a popular destination for clients seeking expert haircare and personalized attention.

Throughout her career, Tania has collaborated with many well-known brands and companies. Recently, she joined the artistic team at Moroccanoil, where she can focus her energy on her shared values and passion for hair and people, which are celebrated and encouraged by the Moroccanoil team.

Tania’s artistry and technique have earned her a reputation as a trusted and reliable professional in the industry. Michele boasts over 24 years in the beauty industry, where her journey has taken her around the world and into the heart of the Moroccanoil Academy as an artist and educator.

Her achievements include gracing the cover of Estetica with her editorial work, showcasing her hairstyle collection in AHP magazine, and winning an award for the most inspirational artist. She has collaborated with fashion designers at NY and LA Fashion Weeks and led the Elle Fashion Week 360 Event.

In the salon, Michele revels in creating full transformations, bringing together advanced cutting, coloring, and styling techniques to bring her clients’ vision to life. She is inspired by her desire to make people look and feel great, and by the ever-changing nature of the beauty industry. “I never get bored because it is constantly evolving. There is always a new technique, trend, and product innovation to keep you learning and growing in your craft,” Michele says.
