This 3-day event is for industry professionals to be inspired and immersed into a community of like-minded people.
All guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Do I need a Cosmetology License to attend?
No, you do not need a cosmetology license to attend.
Can I register for someone else?
Yes, you may register for someone else, but you must provide their name, email, and additional information upon registering.

How many people can register in one (1) room?
We have single or double occupancy packages available, a maximum of two (2) guests per room is set within these packages.
Are meals included?
Monday, September 11: Breakfast and lunch are included.
Tuesday, September 12: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.
Are flights included in The Collective packages?
No, flights are not included in any of the package offerings. Each attendee must book their own flights.
Is it possible to modify purchased tickets or get a refund?
No, all ticket sales are final, and no modifications or refunds will be offered after tickets are purchased.
How do I use my loyalty rewards?
Visit the Moroccanoil Portal at MoroccanoilPartners.com and redeem your points for a voucher code. Once you receive your voucher via email, visit The Collective site to purchase your ticket and enter your voucher code when prompted.
When can I register for Artist Sessions?
Premium ticket holders will receive early registration access from April 1 – April 8, 2023. General registration will fully open for all other attendees on April 9, 2023.
Will I be able to switch to a different Artist Session that I was not registered for?
Once a class is at full capacity, we will no longer be accepting additional registration.
